This Absinthe Mafia business is very exciting. Makes me feel very dangerous. Now, it is time to try and register for real.

I am officially part of the Absinthe Mafia family! I have just posted my introduction, though I've noticed that I cannot view the forum in English unless I am logged-out, sadly, so it will take more time to browse and reply to certain posts. But this place is worth it. I like it here already.

I find a Swiss absinthe can go quite well with fish such as grilled kipper which is quite popular for breakfast in UK and USA. See:-
