Makro has a decent selection of gin, including Plymouth. I grew up thinking Tanqueray was among the best, and I still liked it the last time I had it. I usually drink Blackwoods now. It works for me. Bombay Sapphire not so much, although I drank Bombay for a while in my youth. Beefeaters is a good, standard workhorse - and I mean that in a good way, nothing to complain about.
Keltos, I'm surprised that lavender didn't work well. There are CO brands that include it (I think). Maybe it's fighting with something else in your recipe. Or not supported by something else that should be there, but isn't. I also think there are some CO's that use chamomile for a floral note. Certainly other flowers are used, too. The Millers is about the most floral gin I've tasted, and quite nice (but maybe a little too "feminine" for me).
The best gin I've ever tasted is Three Sheets. But you can't buy it anywhere.

V podstatě tomu vůbec nic nebrání! Stejně už konečně kupujeme druhou 300l destilační kolonu a tak budu mít víc prostoru na další pálení. Teď jen prozkoumat pár receptů a vybrat z nich optimální poměr.
