Dokazete mi prosim nekdo objasnit rozdil mezi absinthem a pastisem?

v skratke asi tolko ze pastis neobsahuje palinu, inak je to velmi podobny napoj, samozrejme po pridani vody sa zakali, vznikol vlastne ako nahrazka absinthu po jeho zakazani, vo francuzsku

Tak. Pastis neobsahuje pelyněk. Silně anýzové pití, které se kalí při první kapce vody. A nízké procento alkoholu, kolem 40%. Přestože většina pastisů, které si lze objednat v českých restauracích navíc obsahuje větší množství cukru, takže bývá sladký jak cecek, jsem si jej párkrát objednal, když se mi nechtělo jít do jiného lihu.

Ochutnat pastis (jelikož je to příbuzný absinthe) mě dost láká. Teď ještě mít možnost na nějaký kvalitní někde natrefit.

I stopped drinking pastis once I tried arak (also known as "raki"). It is MUCH closer to absinthe and is not sickly sweet like pastis. Many countries use raisins as one of the primary ingredients, so it does taste a bit different, but it is still great stuff and louches like a real absinthe. A lot of the other ingredients are similar though. I've only tried three brands, but they seemed to taste like somewhat unordinary blanche style absinthe.

They are very affordable here in the US. There are quality arak brands for under 20 US dollars (average absinthe here is 50-70 US dollars). I don't know if there are any places in the Czech Republic that carry it, but if you can find a place that sell arak, I highly suggest giving it a try.

ouzo makes a louche too, so no wonder you exchanged it...bouth makes louche because of anise
But I don´t like ouzo particularly...
So it can be simply said that the pastis is some shit absinthe without wormwood?

Ouzo is kind of its own sugary animal, in my opinion. Occasionally acceptable with a coffee bean or two in it.

Pro zájemce o dobrý pastis tu mám láhev Pernod Paris 0.7l 40% od legendárního absintového výrobce Pernod.
Jednu láhev mám pro sebe, z druhé jsme připravil vzorky (viz. příslušné téma) a třetí láhev nabízím prvnímu zájemci za 400,- včetně poštovného (platba na účet). Ideální pro rozšiřování obzorů, chutí a neřkuli sběratele lahví. Pernod Paris je totiž v typické Pernod láhvi, která je známa už od dob prvních absintů.
