For sure I can book a place in a pub where absinthe can be celebrated and regional Polish, what not beer eaten.

"Burtońskie Wszechpotężne" Burton Ale, 29-31, min.12% (with honey, triple hopped, wine yeast)
"Burtońskie Wszechpotężne" oak aged
East India Pale Ale 16, 7,13% (with coriander, long pepper, triple hopped)

13 or more different kinds of mead

Piper longum lub piper retrofactum?

Longum, but does not come thru in the taste as much as in aroma. Since it's IPA I have chosen two Indian ingredients.
