Tak to je fakt nářez, byl jsem přesvědčen, že je to jen nažloutlý blanche, rozhodně nejsvětlejší verte co jsem kdy viděl...

Musím uznat, že mi tento macerát opravdu chutnal. Vůně tomu nemam co vytknout ale chuť byla taková dost ostrá. A ta barva určitě přírodní podle mě není.

Vykopávám ze záhrobí toto téma, protože ledy se hnuly i u barvítka Parisienne.

La Fée slavnostně oznámili reborn Parisienne absintu. Parisienne bude nově pravý destilát barvený pouze bylinami, viz tato zpráva.

La Fée is delighted to announce the release of a newly refined La Fée Absinthe Parisienne, using 100% natural ingredients, in collaboration with Marie-Claude Delahaye, founder and curator of the French Absinthe Museum (Auvers~sur~Oise).
The new Parisienne recipe is currently undergoing testing with the TTB and will be shipped to La Fée's New Jersey bond later this year - alongside La Fée Absinthe Blanche.
Marie-Claude Delahaye and George Rowley, founder of La Fée, have developed this all-natural recipe to enhance the herbal character while refining the spirit's balance: The level of Grand wormwood [Artemisia Absinthium] in the distillation has been increased by 60% and the Green and Star Anise has been softened. This allows the more delicate herbs to emerge, such as fennel, coriander and hyssop. The natural colour is obtained through the maceration of herbs.

Očividně je to kvůli exportu do USA. Zaujala zmínka o navýšení pelyňku v receptuře o 60% (probůh, kolik málo ho muselo být v původním) a snížení badyánu (probůh, kolik moc ho muselo být v původním).

Každopádně potěšující, že tam velký brand opouští chemii.
